basically you need knowledge, patience and a hosting. The rest if getting magento from magento.com and install it... but it is not simple.

Hello! This guy explains very good how to start a Magento website, translate it and so on... So far i tried many tutorials but this one is the best.

Regarding my efforts i rented VPS with: 2x2,4Ghz@100%, 4GB of RAM, 80GB SSD, CentOS7 and DirectAdmin. And it costs me cca 35EUR monthly. It is not the most powefull configuration for Magento 2.3.x or 2.4. But because i didn't get enought time to do it myself, i payed some guy over freelance service and he did it for me for price of 45 EUR. Later i could do everything by myself.
