if you have nulled your scripts, there should be no trace of you...
unless they start to add some protection. but it would be a nonsense to make the code unreadable.

There is zero possibility to be caught. However, recently some addons have the so called "prestrust" which can send data to the developers. The developers might inform the hosting company for the violation. They cannot stop your website from running at all.

You must disable prestatrust because its sending module checksums domain etv.

yes when you install the module i think prestashop know the domain name of your site and what module installed, so if you have a society this could be a problem for you

Prestashop don't care about nulled stuff but some module developpers can easily track their module with php.
so to minimize risk :

download module and test it on local without internet actived.

then look at the code source and search for keywords like "http://" or "https://" or "file_get_contents" or "curl" or "fopen" or 'developper_domain_name.com" etc etc...

if nothing is found, means probably no track system.
if something found, you need to read and understand part of code to see if it need to be commented

even a simple call to media (css,img...) hosted on the developper domain represent this risk.
