I prefer this one to ETS (prestahero) because of range slider option.

Upsell products with paid attributes, specify parameters or just get additional info from customers with the Additional Product Attributes module. Text, Date, textareas, checkboxes, radiobuttons, range slider, select and multiselect are available.

Features​

• 9 type of fields: Text, Textarea, Number, Date, Radiobutton, Select, Multi select, Checkbox, Range slider;
• The impact on price can be both positive and negative, and can be Fixed or percentage.
• Different prices for field values;
• Character counter and character limit available
• Unlimited number of fields;
• Description, Hint (tooltip), Placeholder for fields available
• Custom tax is available
• Make fields required or not;
• Add fields to certain or all products or categories;
• Show field values in the PDF invoice;
• Show field values in the order page;
• Additional attributes are displayed in emails
• Easy edit and manage the fields;
• Customizable additional fields block heading
• Import and export;
• Including taxes and special prices in the field price (switchable)
