Any GPL Sites for Joomla (General Public License) !!!

Hello,

As a WordPress developer , I'm new to Joomla so I wonder if there is any site that offers GPL licenses for add-ons include extensions, components etc
in WordPress I subscribed to many sites, that offer cheap subscription with limited monthly downloads.

That depends on how much work you are expecting, after some time I usually either buy licenses or subscribe to developer license and do not worry.
