Any Migration from Dev to Production Server Plugin for prestashop??

Hey guys,
Does anyone have a plugin in mind which can enable me to do a server to server full migration of a prestashop website?
The website is developed in the Development server and needs now to be migrated into the production server
I've tried the manual method (transfer files and database then search and replace etc..) but the website came in full of weird bugs (tried everything concerning htaccess and caching but nothing seems to work)
