Can I use a premium Shopify theme without purchasing it from the official Shopify store and downloading it from somewhere else? Will than can hamper my store in future or can I face legal issues in future?

no its difficult because shopify block the theme after few days.

If u find one which is nulled u can use it, in hope does Shopify don’t notice it
