Installation
------------
Make sure you have properly setup the FTP settings in System->Settings->FTP. If you are not sure, read question 4 in "faq.txt" before continuing.
1. Log in to the Administration Panel.
2. Go to Extension Installer.
3. Upload the ckeditorfull.ocmod.zip file and press the Continue button.
4. Go to Extensions->Modifications and press the Refresh button.
5. If you have Opencart v3+, go to Dashboard, open the Developer Settings by clicking on the cog button below the logout link and refresh the Theme and SASS caches.
6. a. If you have Opencart v2.3+ (or v3+):
Go to Extensions->Extensions, choose "Modules" from the "Choose the extension type" drop-down menu and press the install button that corresponds to the CKEditor Full extension.
b. If you have Opencart version older than v2.3:
Go to Extensions->Modules and press the install button that corresponds to the CKEditor Full extension.
7. If this is a first-time install, go to System->Users->User Groups, edit the group to which you belong (it is written at the top of the left OC menu, below your user name). In this page, select "extension/module/ckeditorfull" (or "module/ckeditorfull" depending on your OC version) in both the "Access Permission" and the "Modify Permission" lists and press Save.
8. Clear all cached files in web browser:
-In Firefox, go to Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content and press "Clear Now". Firefox will clear your cache.
-In Chrome, from the Menu, choose “More Tools” and press “Clear browsing data...“. Select the period of time you wish to delete cached information using the “Obliterate the following items from” drop down menu. Then select “Cached images and files“ and press the “Clear browsing data” button. Chrome will clear your cache.
-In other browsers, please search online for instructions on cleaning the cache. It is very important that you complete this step!
9. Done!
Uninstallation
--------------
This procedure, completely removes settings and files related to CKeditor extension! If you just want to disable CKEditor and restore summernote, just disable the CKEditor module from within the module page (see "Enabling/Disabling CKEditor" section below).
1. Log in to the Administration Panel.
2. a. If you have Opencart v2.3+:
Go to Extensions->Extensions, choose "Modules" from the "Choose the extension type" drop-down menu and press the uninstall button that corresponds to the CKEditor Full extension.
b. If you have Opencart version older than v2.3:
Go to Extensions->Modules and press the uninstall button that corresponds to the CKEditor Full extension.
3. Go to Extensions->Modifications, select the CKEditor Full extension, press the Delete button and then the Refresh button.
4. If you have Opencart v3+,
4.1. Go to Extensions->Installer and click the trash icon of the zip file that you uploaded when you installed the ckeditor extension. This action will delete any file that was uploaded during the installation and it will remove the Module from the Extensions->Modules listing.
4.2. Go to Dashboard, open the Developer Settings by clicking on the cog button below the logout link and refresh the Theme and SASS caches.
