Do you think AI will take away jobs?

I ask this because many people say that AI will take away jobs, but I have my doubts
I think we need to reform and be up to date with AI

The introduction of AI may enhance productivity, allowing workers to focus on more creative, complex, and strategic tasks, potentially improving job satisfaction. Its depends on how quickly AI technology advances, how governments and businesses choose to adapt to these changes, and how well workers are retrained for emerging roles. I think that AI will change the nature of work rather than eliminate jobs entirely.
