Does anyone know how to fix the whmcs smtp connection error? I entered it correctly but it didn't work

I use private hosting and I suspect it's because I installed fillware, but when I go to fillware csf, I see ports 465 and 587 and 25 are allowed. I don't know why it's wrong.

Upload a bigger picture, but nothing is visible.

Some hosts require the name of the website instead of smtp host. Try different options: https://demo.com, or demo.com.


Without certificate and header it will work only with port 25.

I am sharing a picture where the gmail mail server is running on prestashop, and I think wp is similar. gmail works with ssl and port 465, all certificates are configured automatically in gmail. The TLS specified in your image does not seem to work anywhere with TLS.
