v1.6-v1.7-v8x Extra multible "eco-/recyle tax" module

Hi,

I sell products f.e. in Belgium where I have to add extra recycle- or ecotaxes. Sometimes even 2 different taxes on a specific product. I'm looking for a module which can handle this. Does someone has any suggestions of ideas?

Standard ecotax of prestashop doesn't work for me.
