You need to have it as a zip file.

Head to the plugins list on your wordpress installation.
Plugins > Add new
There will be an upload button near the top of the page, click this and then upload the plugin

To someone who doesn't program they won't know what is spyware and what isn't. Most people see "oh look free nulled plugins". Install them without thinking and before you know it there's data stolen and worse admin access to their full panel.

Download then upload to plugins folder

To be safe, use a multi-engine antivirus like Virustotal.com or similar

Log-in to CP then look and select menu file manager, navigate into sub directory of websitename.com. after that's easy upload zip file into wp-content ->plugin directory. then extract the zip file. go back into wordpress dashboard go to plugin tab and activated.
