Here is a guide on how to restore/reset the Prestashop admin password:

Step Access Your Hosting Panel
Log in to cPanel or other hosting panel you use.
Find and open phpMyAdmin to manage your database.



edit database employee.
klik passwd to fungsi MD5.
klik save.
