how to import sql file to my databadse

i need to ask about how to add sql file to my database from cpanel i have one file and i need to ask if it inport from php admin or anther way

yes you need php admin or adminer if your database is bigger than 120mb.

in cpanel there is a mysql > create table
then go to > phpmyadmin
then import sql
browse and select file
