I have seen such photo manipulations! However, I always thought people do it only with the help of a professional photographer or retoucher. How can you make such beauty with just one photo? Photomanipulation always seemed to be some kind of magic outside of Hogwarts! Maybe that's why people take long courses in photography processing. Please tell me if I'm wrong. I've tried several times to do something similar in Photoshop, but my photos have always been badly cropped. Also, I don't know how to use the effects and presets built into that software. My girlfriend knows how to do this stuff better than I do. However, it doesn't look as cool as the second picture in your post, even with her. Tell us your secret.
