Hello the module is yours bought from Prestashop add ons?
If yes can you ask the developer for the AJAX version?
Just modify the tpl file from your theme and grab the title from the product information... pretty easy to do, though you might need to update the style to make it nice to look at as well
Can you please give me a little hand to show the title?

Thanks for sharing. I check this module and make some changes for eliminates 2 bugs
1. Error code 500
When u add few products to show as combination and then some of this product will u delete u can get error.
2. Small improvements when u disable the product from active to unactive it still shows in product page as combination, after trying to open unactive product you get message that product is non available.
Maybe it would be helped to somebody.
It needed to change only 1 file in module productascombinations/views/templates/front/combination.tpl
