The template does not pull up the favicon, can anyone tell me what needs to be done ?

It does. It takes quite sometime before the favicons become public

I hope. Now I see only osclass standard favicon. I clean 3 browsers history and cache, open my website and see osclass standard favicon.

Place all your favicons in oc-content/themes/epsilon/image/favicons/sample.

After you place all your favicons in above mentioned folder just refresh the browser cache.

Check 2 things. 1.> check the folder permission in which your images are stored. 2.> If you are using webp plugin then try turning it off and then Check if it's working because even I had problem with images when webp plugin was active.
