Prestashop addons website changed payments?

Hi,
Last time i bough a Module from addons.prestashop.com it was a one time fee to buy it for lifetime.
Now i just noticed that every module says "Price for 1st year" and "Price per year after the 1st year".
What does it mean? Every module from now on is being charged with annual subscription?

The module or theme is yours forever.

But if you pay extra for a subscription you will get something that they call "Business Care". And that includes
- Security updates
- Compatibility updates
- Evolutions and future features
- Unlimited support

It's included the first yer after the purchase, then automatically renewed. So if you don't want it you have to cancel it.

Oh ok, i get it now. It is something like the old "zen" program.
I think this title above price "Price for 1st year" is very misleading.
