V1.7 🔔 PrestaShop Module Requirement – Order Notification System for Admin & Employees

We are looking for a custom PrestaShop add-on or a reliable existing module that can fulfill the following requirement:

Module Features Required:​

1. Instant Order Notifications:
   • Send real-time notifications to the admin and selected employees whenever a new order is placed.
   • Notifications via:
     • Email
     • SMS (optional)
     • WhatsApp (optional)
2. Multi-User Notification Support:
   • Allow assigning multiple recipients (admin + employees) for order alerts.
   • Option to manage and edit recipient list from the back office.
3. Custom Message Templates:
   • Ability to customize the order notification message (including customer details, products, total amount, payment status, etc.).
4. Order Status Updates (Optional but Preferred):
   • Notify team members when the order status is changed (e.g., processing, shipped, delivered).
5. Compatibility:
   • Must be compatible with our current PrestaShop version (mention your version, e.g., 1.7.x or 8.x).
   • Lightweight and should not conflict with other modules.
6. Performance:
   • Should not slow down the store or cause any performance issues.
