I try several CMS like Prestashop, WooCommerce, Magento, Opencart and what I like most are WooCommerce and Prestashop, for me are the better ones. But, for some people might have different opinion, it's all about what you want and want you pretend with the store.
- Prestashop have a large community with addons, support and solutions for your store. It's an advanced CMS and maybe you will lost some months to learn all of the content and tricks of prestashop. It's very easy to learn and you will like a lot. The only disavantage I see it's not very easy to make a good SEO with this CMS.
- WooCommerce, personal opinion, are my favourite because have large community, large number of addons to install, very simple to learn, good SEO and support. The only disavantage I see it's not very good for large catalog of products because of the performance.
But, from all the CMS, this 2 are my favourite.
