• Apply payment fee or discount according to the order amount
• Apply payment fee or discount by category
• Apply payment fee or discount by country, postcode, state and zone
• Apply payment fee or discount by supplier
• Apply payment fee or discount by carrier
• Apply payment fee or discount from a date, until a date, or in a range
• And yours?

For the payment surcharge or reduction, you can set :

• fixed amount
• percentage of order amount
• formula

Also, you can set the tax rule to use."
