I already use analytics to track user behavior but users are identified with an ID which is not associated with their name or email. With this module you can see the name, surname and email of the customer who has had problems on the site or who has abandoned the cart. In this way you can retrace his behavior on the site and understand why he did not complete the order. You can also contact him by e-mail later, providing him with assistance and closing the sale. I believe it is a must have for any site.
