1. Get a computer you can access (Steps 2 to 6 will be performed on the accessible computer)
2. Download Lazesoft Password recovery from https://www.lazesoft.com/downloads/lsrshsetup.exe
3. Install the software on the accessible computer
4. Insert a USB Drive and run the Password Recovery software
5. Click on the Burning CD Icon and choose the OS version of the target computer (where you're going to reset the password)
6. Select USB Drive as the bootable media and click start (note the USB Drive will be formatted)
7. When completed, Insert the USB Drive into the target computer and power on. If PC does not But from USB, go into bios and change the boot device sequence.
8. Select Reset Local Password and Click next
9. Select the User whose password you want to reset next.
10. Finally click on Reset/Unlock and click finish. Disconnect the usb drive and restart the computer.
