Stop Clients Closing Tickets
As a service provider, there are always situations in which you don't want a customer to close the ticket themselves, which would cause the ticket to be forgotten. This problem can be solved from now on.

WHMCS administrators can individually define in each ticket whether the customer can close the ticket himself. Use cases could be payment problems or abuse messages where you need an answer by a certain deadline.
WITH SECURITY IN MIND
As with all our developments, we have ensured that the functionality of the module cannot be tricked out. If we would only hide the button in the client area, the customer could close the ticket via a direct call to the ticket-close URL. The module makes a bypass impossible.
