V1.7 Which PHP version for latest prestashop 1.7?

Hello guys! I am wondering what is the best PHP version for PS 1.7?
It seems it is 7.3 compatible, but I am wondering if some modules might not work correctly on php 7.3?
Read some prestrashop articles that downgrading to PHP 7.2 or 7.1 might be better?
