Iāve been using WordPress for a while now, and itās greatā¦ until I get adventurous with plugins. Every time I add a new one, something weird happensāmy site slows down, widgets disappear, or, worst of all, the dreaded "critical error" message pops up.
I know itās probably my fault for using random free plugins that havenāt been updated since 2016, but whatās the fun in playing it safe?
Seriously though, does anyone have tips for avoiding plugin disasters? Or maybe a list of āmust-haveā plugins that wonāt wreck my site?
