Woocommerce pre-order plugin for e-commerce

Hi, I'm looking for a good "Pre-order" plugin for my e-commerce. I would like that my customers can order and paid products not available (it will show the available date over the "pre-order" button). Do you know a good plugin or a way to do that without plugin? Thank you
