Please note!
The checksums do not match the original sha256.

I got this version from a friend.
I have no idea why you have to open an original file and repackage it.
BUT!
I have checked the file through Metadefender and Virustotal.
It should be clean.

Starting in February or March, I will post original files

Yootheme has no "nulled" files.
The original file was unpacked and repackaged (zip file).
This gives you a different checksum.
This is the only difference to the original file
