Well... I think I see one module with Register by OTP SMS recently on the forum... but I don't remember where.

So my advice it to use the search option (https://www.nulledfrm.com/search/) with different keywords and dig a little bit in the results

but i need a module who customer can register with their mobile number so i can remove email ... this module is very usefull and i didnt share any nulled version on forums

yes , but this module cant register with mobile number for new users
its just made for Verification in login page
