Like with SP page builder you need to pay for importing complete layouts.

No Unfortunately you should look at https://github.com/kravets-levko/php-shoutcast for start it works, but lacks of Native Joomla support.

If you are unsure about compatibility I always make full site Backup Using AKEBA and then simply try upgrade locally with XAMPP to test upgrades. Usually takes 10 Min to setup test case and liek @forty said do uninstalls and upgrade of all components and plugins.

For Now no issues found, At least till return of backend editor in V4 finally
