78 x SP Page Builder Templates + Extra Add-ons + 3.8.3 Page Builder

I did post this version of SP Page Builder earlier but it only had 22 templates and no extra add-ons.
This one has 78 offline page templates plus13 extra add-ons
If your not sure on how to install the offline templates, read the "Read Me" after you extract the templates.
