[Action required: licensing issue] Old Shopify Stores are detecting nulled themes. How to fix this?

Hey guys, I´m brining bad news. Some themes are being detected by Shopify Bots as beeing Nulled(copy) themes as you can see down bellow.

I already saw others posts on this forum and people claiming for help and I'm trying to figure ou how to fix this but we´ll need help from other programmers.

In the theme.zip we'll need to find which part of code is responsible for detecting a copy and remove it from theme.zip.

We're count on you to help this community to get through this and be free again.

Feel free to use this topic to share your thoughts about this let's fix it together.

It will work OK to install the theme on a brand-new Shopify store, but it will identify a "licensing issue" if you upload it to a store that is more than three months old.

Also had this problem. Couldn't find a solution anywhere. I wonder if there is a fix for this.

The theme name is found in the settings schema, change that name and you should be fine.

I have tried modifying settings_schema.json, but Shopify continues to flag a "licensing issue". I think there is a specific piece of code in theme.liquid that is communicating with the Shopify backend regarding a "licensing issue."

Could anyone experienced in development lend us a hand in solving this problem?

Ask someone to help create the similiar theme from the Impact theme structure onto DAWN theme may solve the problem.
I have the same problem but the cost is also not cheap to rebuilt a theme so you many buy a new theme copy directly from the theme store.
What do you think?

It's not necessary, in my opinion; all we need to do is figure out which file is delivering the copy message to the Shopify dashboard and everything will works smoothly
