Hello , there is some problem with install file, you can create ''ayon'' folder inside themes folder.then extract files for example all files in ''neptun'' or another demo in new installation.clear cache .now you will see ayon theme in design/themes on backoffice.Take backup anyway

Ok, but after that i got an error with "templates/contact.tpl" is missing... what now?
