Used it on 1.7.7.7 without problem, Unfortunately I dont know if it works with 1.6 as well. If someone tests it, plese tell us.

Unfortunately no, because the support subscription has expired, but i believe it might be a css thing and the form is something like hidden in 1.7.8 if i got time later, i might make a dummy installation to check it and tell you if there is a fix
