I've used both, and honestly, the "best" one depends heavily on your specific setup (server, theme, plugins, etc.). Performance Pro might edge out Super Speed in some cases for raw speed.

Generally , Performance pro provide better results but in myshop it causesmany problems with the cart pages so i needed to remove that
