I don't understand NullCash system at all. Can someone explain it to me?

Basically if you want to download something for the forums you´ll need the NullCash and to generate them those are this ways;

*Create New Thread "11 NullCash"
*Create New Post "7 NullCash"
*Create New Poll "7 NullCash"
*Liked Your Post "7 NullCash"
