V1.6 Cannot Install Mailalert Module help

Hi. Im a newbie about prestashop and I have this problem with this module.


The problem is the file is not downloable (See screenshot)


I have to install it because currently bank transfer and Stripe notification are not working


What does it mean when i find that area empty?


Is there any compatibility problem with prestashop and the module have been removed from the directory?
