Exact name and author of the module from main PHP file is: LC Payment with fee by Luis Cambra v2.5.1, but in the same file it is marked also as v2.3.3. And in config.xml marked as 2.5.0.

I uploaded the module as soon as I bought it for a client. It must be the developer's fault not to change the version data. As far as its operation I have been able to verify that it works perfectly.
