You have to verify the requirements before installing "Creative Elements"
- PrestaShop 1.7.4 to Prestashop 8.1.7
- PHP 5.6 to 8.1
- MySQL 5.0 or a newer version
- Memory Limit more than 128k

I'v successfuly installed it and used it on Prestashop 8.1.7 + PHP : 7.4.33 + 512M memory limit
