2. Create in module new popup item.
3. At item add elements "html code".
4. In this elements past code in question.

Yes. I am talking about simply modal windows only information and button close. Their template divided into blocks and has animation. Animation take many time for development. But simply modal windows can be divide on blocks and add animation by self. Something like that.

For information. On my sites I use deep analytics. Many users close modal window immediately after than show. For that reason, animation not important, and banner most effective than modal window

I tried 'Leo Quick Login Module', but it is filled with tons of unnecessary code. So 'Creative Popup Module' might be a better choice when you want to have modal popup for login.

Creative Popup Module highly scalable but I'm not try this feature.
