Hello,
I want my users to pay their own price with minimum condition ( customerPrice < basePrice ) from an input without creating a field in database, in other way:
Editing product price before adding to cart, can you help me?

I am not fully understand your task.
Try Auction Pro module or Dynamic Price. Dynamic Price can calculate price with many conditional. Your user can enter own price and make order.
