No besides the official thema this version doesn't work well with any other thema. It is a bit better when used with presta 1.7.7.8. but I do not recommend it. version 2.4.3 is full of bugs to make it compatible with presta 1.7.8. With version 2.4.5 the problems should be solved but here in the forum I don't see it
