FLEX 3.9.8 - Multi-Purpose Joomla Template - Template & pagebuilder demo

- Fixed: Logo display issue is now fixed, for Default, Retina, Mobile and "Sticky" (additional) logo. Logo is not repeating anymore.
- Fixed: Preloader (spinner) issue with the javascript (spinning). Now javascript has been re-written and now working on all browsers.
- Fixed: Modal Login module (template's override). Javascript has been changed and now there is no JS conflict blocking modal.
- Added: "Multi-factor Authentication" added to Login module and component (template's override), from Joomla 4.2.2.
- Fixed: Issues with masonry fixed in articles and featured articles, and now masonry added to VirtueMart (category view).
- Fixed: Featured articles issue with Joomla 4.2.2 resolved.
- Updated: Multi-lingual Switcher module has been updated (re-written).
- Updated: RTL CSS (Less) has been change for new Bootstrap 5 and J4 support.
- Updated: Acymailing (Starter) updated to 7.9.4 version (Joomla 4 compatible).
- Fixed all known issues.

Awesome template. I have always loved Flex, very few joomla templates comes close to this.
