Allows you to create any kind of forms with Bootstrap & Responsive. Easy to use by drag & drop components to build your form.E.g: you can use the module to build the forms: Prestashop Contact Form, Reservation, Survey, Request quote.

• Add your form in a CMS page or Product description by SHORTCODE.
