PrestaShop compatibility: 1.6.1.0 - 8.1.7
This version includes a new functionality that is practically a new module: creating bulk manual recommendations.
1. To do this, simply click on the "Create bulk manual recommendations" button and select the products to which the recommendation will be applied.
2. You can select the products by brand and/or category and/or product features.
3. Once selected, you can assign them a recommendation consisting of up to 4 additional products. The entire process is done in a visual and easy manner.
4. Finally, as an option, you can create a discount for the manual recommendations you are going to create. As usual, you can choose between a percentage discount, a fixed amount discount, or free shipping.
5. You can also turn the discount into a time-limited promotion (flash sale) if you wish, by setting the start and end dates of the promotion.
6. Click on save, and all the recommendations will be created automatically with the selected values. Quick and easy!
This version includes new features, as well as significant performance improvements. We strongly recommend updating to this version.
1. It is now possible to exclude products by selecting categories, allowing the algorithm to take them into account when generating automatic recommendations.
2. You can now choose how product combinations are displayed: with a prior notice that requires clicking or always showing them automatically.
3. The process for excluding specific products has been improved, making it significantly faster.
4. A significant change has been introduced in the selection of products for mass manual recommendations using categories, making the process easier.
5. The module has been updated according to the latest best practice guidelines recommended by PrestaShop.
