Help with Knowband Mobile App Creator module

I have installed the Knowband Mobile App Creator module and it won't let me activate it, it gives me this message:
"Could not enable module kbmobileapp. Unfortunately, the module returned no additional details." I need help from someone who has installed and has the module running or if someone knows what I could have done wrong.

Second, it can be an override.
