Hello,

Server stuck while installing a plugin, now I have unexpected database error on all forums pages even ACP !

I think about removing the add-on from the database, but I'm a little lost :( maybe the add-on did something else in the database except the xf_addon table.

Can someone help me please with this ?

Hi There,
I have had similar problems in the past with Joomla add-ons but I think the process would be the same for any cms.
1. Log into your CPanel and go to your database tables.
2. Highlight the table for the add-on and then in actions "drop" - this will delete the table.
If you don't know how to do this then skip the above and follow the next processes below.
3. Go to your CPanel file manager and in search type in the name of the add-on, then press the search.
4. The results will show you every file that is connected to that add-on.
5. Go to the folders/files and delete the content related to the add-on.
6. When you finish, delete the browser cache and try your website again.
It should come up without the errors.
