How do you feel about NullCash? Yay or Nay?

Honestly, how do you feel about NullCash, I'd say frustrating at first, but thinking about the number of users online, spammers, downloads, and a lot more going on, earning some nullcash before downloading seems like a good way to minimize spam and abuse of the system,
