Im not sure how I can help anyone other than posting this thread to help anyone that feels the same way

its been a minute since ive helped anyone. sometimes i wake up and feel like i am cursed with unhelpiness to others. I hope that some can relate in the exact same way because its an actual severe issue that im trying to deal with as it eats my mental health every single day. i hope that by opening up about how unhelpful i am can benefit and in fact help someone being more self aware and know that its ok to feel this way!
