I recommend GeekoDev Universal Import/Export Pro 4.5.4 - ocmod this is the latest. 30 dollars, but it's worth every penny. It uploads 40,000 products (with categories, data, image links) in 15 minutes. Oh, and I downloaded it with zero settings, but it's buggy. So I definitely recommend the factory version.
