IPB vs vBulletin vs XenForo. What to choose?

I'm going to build a new community and I'm not sure which board to use. In the past I have used vBulletin 4.x It was awesome system. But the recent 5.x connect ..im not sure what happened but I do not like it anymore... XenForo seems to be fast but it is very light of functions.

What is your recommendation?

xenforo is better for sitemap but ips is nicer for themes

Previously i always use vbulletin but when i found IPS it is also very huge nice option and easy to use. still exploring the product.
